Our 2013 National Annual General Meeting will be hosted by our Glasgow  Branch on Saturday 8th June 2013 at:

The cost for the whole weekend including 2 nights B&B, evening meal & entertainment on the Friday, Ladies/Guests trip during the NAGMand lunch after the NAGM, including tickets to the Dinner Dance;

£395 per couple

£300 for single

Should you only wish to attend on the Saturday including  1 nights B&B and Dinner Dance tickets:

£205 per couple

£155 for single

If you are only wishing to attend the Dinner Dance;

£50 per person - Payable to the Glasgow Branch

Should you wish to only attend the NAGM and require a lunch after the meeting:

£15 per person - Payable to the Glasgow Branch

Please contact Michelle at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on 0141 306 9988 and ask for Group Bookings between the hours of 9:00hrs and 17:00hrs.

If you call out of these hours you will be connected to International Bookings, who will not deal with this booking.

These prices are only guaranteed until Monday 6th May 2013, anyone booking after this date will have to pay the rate of the day which will be considerably more.

Full pre-payment of your booking will be charged to the card details given on your reservation on 31st May 2013.

Reservations may be amended or cancelled prior to this date, however, after the 31st May 2013 you are liable for 100% full cancellation charge at your reserved package rate.
