Applying for a CoC / Renewing a CoC
 
First Time Applications
  Renewals   CoC Card Acceptance Challenged
  • Download and complete the application form below (pages 3 and 4)
  • Ensure your Safety Awareness Training Certificate is current if not undertake the necessary training to obtain an up-to-date certificate
  • Send all documentation together with photographs and a cheque to your nearest Branch Registrar for processing
  • On acceptance your CoC is valid for a period of 5 years

The scheme is open to both Members of the CMPE and Non-Members

How much does a CoC Cost?
Current CMPE Members pay £50 on application
Non-CMPE Members pay £75 on application
 Where do I send my completed application?
  • Contact the National Secretary (0845 200 8462) who will give you the address of your nearest Branch Registrar, or
  • Send your completed application and all documentation to the National Secretary who will forward your application to your nearest Branch Registrar
